Bryan Fonseca sits down with Jillian DeCoursey, who is a full-time mental health counselor and an MMA fighter, who has fought at Invicta Fighting Championships, an all-women promotion based in the US. DeCoursey’s self-started mental health practice is called Create Your Balance Mental Health Counseling located in Little Neck, New York. As an MMA fighter, the jiu-jitsu brown belt competes at atomweight and is currently 2-2 as a professional after finishing 8-1 as a champion at the amateur level.
